Elton John, Billy Joel, Ben Folds, Tim Minchin: But where are the piano women? The Piano Men is an exploration into the unknown stories of historic women pianists, from a successful Australian piano woman, Emma Knights.

After a successful Adelaide Fringe season, The Piano Men is being performed as part of Gluttony‘s Adelaide Cabaret Fringe Festival program before heading to the Melbourne Cabaret Fringe Festival at the end of June!

From classical to ragtime to pop to rock’n’roll, there is something in this show for everyone to enjoy as you learn about life as a female musician over the last thirty years. As a trained classical musician, who was still inspired to be a pianist by her father, Emma will take you on a journey through history and the across the 88 keys of the piano that will stay with you long after the final note is sung and played.
