Carole King, Amy Lee, Nina Simone, Judith Weir, Clara Schumann… Historically, it was believed women did not have the required strength to really play the piano and that it was not proper for them to do so. Fresh from her sell-out Adelaide Fringe season of The Piano Men, Emma Knights is here to shine a spotlight on some of history’s best female pianists.
